General Conditions for Costa Rica Reservations for 2010-2011
Once the reservations have been requested it will be reconfirmed when prepayment is received. Alcoholic and bottled beverages are not included in the rate, except when specifically indicated otherwise. Transfer rates are subject to modification based on market changes. No reimbursement applies for 1. last minute cancellations, 2. for cancellations outside of the timeframe specified by the policy, 3. for no-show, 4. non-used portions of vouchers or reservations, tours or airplane tickets once the tour has started.
HOLIDAY SEASON
(Dec. 15th, 2010 to Jan 5th 2011)
- All reservations in holiday season require 30% down payment at the moment of reservation and must be completely prepaid 120 days prior to check in date. Reservations must be made electronically through the Internet in our web site (www.villascorcovado.com) or through email (villascorcovado@racsa.co.cr).
- Only availability requests can be inquired by phone. No reservations are accepted by phone. All reservations will be confirmed by email or fax.
- All reservations for Holiday Season must be for a minimum of four(4) nights and for a minimum of three(3) people per Villa.
HIGH SEASON
(Jan 6th, 2011- May 1st, 2011)
- High Season reservations require 30% down payment at the moment of reservation and must be completely prepaid 60 days prior to check in date.
GREEN SEASON
(May 2nd, 2011 to Dec 14th 2011)
- Green Season reservations require 30% down payment at the moment of reservation and must be completely prepaid 30 days prior to check in date.

Reimbursements Policy
Holiday Season.
(Dec 15th, 2010 - Jan 15th, 2011)
- 120 days or more 100%,
- 119 days or less no reimbursement applies.
High Season
(Jan 6th, 2010 - May 1st, 2011)
- 60 days or more 50% from reservation's total amount.
- 59 days or less no reimbursement applies.
Low Season
(May 2nd, 2010 - Dec. 14th, 2010)
- 31 days or more reimburses 80% of the reservation's total amount.
- 30 days or less no reimbursement applies.
Functioning Impossibility
By confirming your reservation you acknowledge that "El Rincon Argentino de Osa S.A." owner of "Hotel Villas Corcovado", will not be held responsible of its obligations of functioning in the event of circumstances outside of its control such as: acts of God, fire, flood, landslides, strikes and reasonable circumstances beyond its control.

"This is one of the most spectacular hotels I have ever stayed at. The villas, main lodge, swimming pool and grounds were simply gorgeous. I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world and the Villas Corcovado is one that I will not only most definitely return to, but one that I would recommend to all friends. You feel like a movie star living in such luxurious accommodations and in such a pristine and secluded location. The garden shower in the villas is also splendid! The staff was so helpful, friendly, and well informed. And on top of it, sprawling, pristine rainforests are in your own backyard. We saw toucans, monkeys, fluorescent colored frogs and birds. It's almost an indescribable experience. All I can say is that I'm so glad I went and I can't recommend this resort highly enough. 5 stars and then some. "
